Usage Information

Take imatinib only as directed by your doctor. Do not use more or less of it, and do not use it more often than your doctor ordered. This medicine should be taken with a tall glass of water and a meal. Do not take imatinib with grapefruit, grapefruit juice, or grapefruit-containing foods or supplements.

Dosage

Allergic reaction such as hives, itching, swelling in the face or hands, or difficulty breathing, skin rash, nausea and vomiting, muscle cramps, thinning or loss of hair can occur.
